From the start, Mike (Baehler) was always a professional and treated others around him the same.  With a personality that can fit in any situation yet more talent and experience than most in the room, Baehler was always the one to be first to tackle a problem and usually the last one there to ensure it got solved.  I was fortunate enough to work with him multiple times, starting with just watching his work ethic with other clients to becoming one of those clients myself, and throughout it all, Baehler consistently proved himself as willing and extremely capable of making anything sound good, including myself!  I’ve seen him serve as a mentor, a teacher, and a studied professional, and he’s one of the few in this industry that can be looked at as reliable and able to adapt to any environment, whether on stage or in the studio.
